Charlotte Marshall – Director

Charlotte has worked for Sabeel-Kairos since 2014, originally as advocacy officer for the Kairos Britain network, then transferring her role to Sabeel-Kairos during the merger in 2016. Since then she has led the organisation’s advocacy work, in particular the Investing for Peace campaign. In 2021 she moved to become Director, taking on responsibility for the strategic direction of the organisation and the management of staff, in addition to continuing to  oversee the campaigning and advocacy work . Charlotte has 20 years experience in working on Palestinian human rights, 10 of those spent working with Christian Aid in various programme and communication roles before joining Sabeel-Kairos. She has a MSc in Conflict, Security and Development and also works as a freelance photographer. Charlotte works on a Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday and can be reached on

Victoria Turner – Advocacy officer, under 35s

Victoria is finishing her PhD, which explores the mission paradigms of the Iona Community and the Council for World Mission in the 20th Century, and their motivations to overcome class and coloniality, at the University of Edinburgh. She has an Mth in World Christianity, a Postgraduate Certificate in Peace and Justice in the Palestinian Context from Bethlehem Bible College and a BA (Hons) in Religion and Theology from the University of Bristol. Victoria is a member of the URC and is interested in liberation theology, public/political theology, and ecumenism- especially where these things interact with Palestine. Anne-Marie Clements – Membership and Administration officer

Anne-Marie is interested in the role Christians can play in establishing a just peace in Palestine and Israel. She recently graduated from the University of Glasgow, achieving a Master’s with Distinction in Human Rights and International Politics. Her dissertation explored pilgrimages and alternative tourism to the Holy Land from the UK and the potential of these to raise awareness amongst British people about the legacy of the Britain’s Mandate Period in Palestine. In 2021 – 2022, she was a Peace Advocacy Fellow with The Balfour Project where she delivered a project connecting Christians in the UK with Christians in Palestine. Anne-Marie is committed to the principles of Christian non-violent resistance to injustice and sees the work of Sabeel-Kairos as a perfect fit with her values.
